PledgeX

Put your habits on the line.

Stake SKR on a daily habit. Keep the day and it comes back. Miss it and it burns.

Real devnet transactions

Soulbound badge NFTs

PledgeX Active screen: a 3,000-step demo pledge on day 2 of 3, 66% done, 1,000 SKR in escrow

The problem

Habit apps are free to quit

A streak costs nothing

Break it and nothing happens. After the first busy week, most people stop.

Points fade fast

Badges and points feel good on day one. By day ten they mean nothing.

Loss works, trust doesn't

People fight harder not to lose. Commitment apps use that, but a company holds the money.

What if missing a day cost you something real, and nobody could cheat?

How it works

One pledge, three steps

Lock

Pick a habit, the days and a stake. Your SKR goes into an escrow nobody can touch, not even us.

Check in

Keep the day, then tap Check in. A key on your phone signs it. No wallet popup.

Settle

Kept days come back to you. Missed days are burned. Anyone can settle, and a bot does it hourly.

EXAMPLE

7 days · 1,500 SKR · keep 5, miss 2 →

1,071.43 back

428.57 burned

The rule that keeps us honest

We never win
when you fail.

A missed day is burned with a real token burn. It is not sent to us and not shared with other users. We only grow when people keep going.

The habits

Three habits, three ways to check

Habit	Daily goal	Who checks it	Check-in window
Steps	5,000 or 10,000 steps	The phone's step sensor, read in the background	Any time that day
6 AM Club	Be up early	Solana's own clock, on chain	05:00 to 06:00 only
Screen detox	Under 2 hours of screen time	Android usage statistics	Last 2 hours of the day

DEMO MODE

2-minute days and labelled simulated steps: a whole pledge in 6 minutes.

One-tap phone key

Step sensor

Hardware step counter, sampled every 30 minutes and after a reboot.

Screen time

Android usage stats; going over the limit turns the day red.

Home-screen widget

Today's goal and a live countdown, without opening the app.

Reminders and feel

Daily reminders, haptics, confetti and a share card.

SKR integration

SKR is the stake, and the only one

Your wallet

You choose the stake in SKR and approve once.

Escrow vault

Owned by the program, not by us. The program checks the mint: any other token is refused.

Kept day

Its share comes back to you at settle.

Missed day

Its share is burned. SKR supply goes down.

Test SKR on devnet

Real SKR lives on mainnet, so devnet uses a test mint.

Faucet inside the program

One tap for 10,000 test SKR. No server, no secret key.

Mainnet is one constant

Point the program at the real SKR mint and redeploy.

Integrity

What the chain enforces, and what it can't yet

Enforced on chain

Only SKR can be staked

One check-in per day, inside that day

6 AM and screen windows timed by Solana's clock

Over the screen-time limit: check-in refused

Anyone can settle; nobody can keep the stake

Demo days earn no badges and no rank

Honest limits

Steps and screen minutes come from the phone, and the program trusts them.

Next: Android Key Attestation, checked on chain with the secp256r1 precompile, so only a real, unmodified phone can report.

Today: devnet only, test tokens. Nothing costs real money.

What's next

From devnet to every pocket

FIRST

Hardware attestation

Android Key Attestation checked on chain, so step and screen data come from a real phone.

THEN

Mainnet with real SKR

An audit first, then real stakes. Each missed day burns real SKR.

MORE HABITS

Health Connect

Sleep and workouts from watches and other apps, through Android's health API.

AT SCALE

Compressed badges

Move badges to compressed NFTs so a million users cost almost nothing.

And a home on the Solana dApp Store, where the phone and the wallet already meet.
